Benson is a litigant, legal Researcher and a successful arbitration practitioner; he appeared before various arbitral tribunal representing clients. He successful represented a client in a 3-million-dollar case before the High Court of Tanzania at Arusha. Apart from litigation and arbitration Benson is an excellent Corporate and commercial law, his skills and experience are commended by foreign investors who had very complex corporate challenges such as share restructuring, merger and acquisition, replacement of Directors and shareholder.
