Fredrick Macdad is associate at Rive & Co in Arusha Office.During his career, he has worked with the office of Legal and Human Rights Centre Arusha Legal aid Clinic (LHRC) and ABC attorneys Arusha office.

At Legal and Human Rights Center served as a dedicated human rights lawyer and legal officer for more than ten years and during that time he heads different units such as Land , Civil, Family and Employment Unit.

Land Unit was a specialized unit focused on land law,where his responsibilities include drafting legal documents, reconciliation, advising clients, conducting research and hosting a radio program educating a mass.

Employment Unit, led a proficient team of lawyers specializing in Labour law matters for more than three years, representing clients at CMA for mediation and arbitration, providing compressive legal solutions to clients facing employment related issues.

Family law spearheaded a dedicated unit specializing in Family Law matters for four years assisting clients with various familial legal challenges such as reconciliation, divorce, child maintenance and custody, probate and administration of estate etc. with compassion and expertise.

Civil Law directed a proficient team handling Civil Law cases for two years, demonstrating a thorough understanding of civil legal principles and delivering favorable outcomes for clients.

Sports Law Acquired in depth knowledge and experience in Sports Law, catering to the unique legal needs of athletes, sports organization, clubs and academy registration and related entities.
