- Guided and provided information to Afriwise – a worldwide renowned legal and regulatory software company on laws and regulations relating to Fintech and Telecommunications in Tanzania.
Review and Drafting of Agreements and Contracts:
- Preparation of legal opinions to East Africa Seaweed Company Limited, Kiwenga Investment Group Limited, Smart Africa Group Limited, Tanzania Private Sector Foundation.
- Review of the sale agreement for the purchase of an apartment in Fumba town, on-site PPA electrical service agreement for Updater Inc, an electric company registered in Japan.
Regularization and Statutory compliance:
- Conducted legal and regulatory compliance audit report on Brac Enterprises Limited and Brac Maendeleo Tanzania.
- Legal opinion on mining laws and local content in Tanzania.
Competition Law:
