Salma Sadick Jumanne is Associate Partner at Rive & Co in Dodoma, where she leads the litigation department, leveraging over 5 years of experience.
Criminal litigation being area of practice and lead to recognition from Judiciary of Tanzania and become the youngest among the team of 15 Expertise on Criminal laws and practice in Tanzania and make a review on various policy, laws and procedures for amendment of laws governing criminal procedures in 2022. Participation on Ant Money Laundering, counter Terrorist Financing and Counter Proliferation Financing 2023.
Attend various seminars and television presentations on legal issues based on gender violence, matrimonial assets, child law, will, divorce and Islamic marriage versus Christian marriage.
On Labour cases, apart from handling cases she provided counsel opinion on a diverse change from analogy to the uses of Tehama on labor issues and settlements 2023.
Salma being the holder of the degree of Islamic laws she become the advisor of various issues based in Islamic laws and provide opinion to the cases requires Islamic aspect.
Beyond her responsibilities at Rive & Co, Salma holds various professional affiliations and positions. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Subordinate thereto and a member of the East Africa Law Society; she served as a Member of Social Welfare Committee at Dodoma Chapter 2024.
